Adam Conti

President / CEO

Adam Conti is President of Q2 Industrial Security. As a founding member of the United States Department of Homeland Security, Mr. Conti was a highly decorated Law Enforcement Officer assigned to the Agency’s Special Operations Unit. Subsequent to his tenure at the United States Department of Treasury’s Technical Operations Branch, Mr. Conti was the DHS senior officer in charge of design, development and implementation of all covert surveillance and tracking technology. Mr. Conti entered the security industry in 1982. In addition to his advanced electronic security systems knowledge, he is a master locksmith and a safe & vault expert. Mr. Conti is a member of the National Association of Technical Investigators.

Todd Hirsch

Todd Hirsch - Todd Hirsch is a fourth generation electrical contractor with over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Mr. Hirsch started his career in 1987 with the Metropolitan areas most prestigious electrical contractor working in the field, on large local New Jersey projects such as Newport Center Mall, Golden Triangle and Johnson and Johnson. After the completion of these projects Mr. Hirsch felt the need to expand his knowledge of the contracting business by moving his career to the corporate back office, to learn and understand the financial, estimating, project management, sales, account exec. and operations side of the industry. Here, he spent the next 16 years, involved in such high profile projects as the New York Mercantile Exchange, Mastercard Headquarters, and Bloomberg.

In October of 2006, Mr. Hirsch started STEMCO Electric LLC,. Which at peak employed over 100 field personnel. In 2008 Mr. Hirsch transcended the Hudson River an opened up SES-NJ. (STEMCO Electrical Services of NJ) doing business as Q2L&P. With the vision, to team up with Q2 Industrial Security and provide public and private sectors with the most complete integrated form of Security and Electrical installations possible. Also being a community minded person, having desire and drive to maintain the "4th generation family integrity," Mr. Hirsch became the Co-Chairman of the New Leadership Division of the NY Chapter of the State of Israel Bonds. He held this position for over 6 years. He also spent his time volunteering with the Foundation Fighting Blindness, The Jason David Cayne Foundation, and other local charities and not for profit organizations. Mr. Hirsch has dedicated his career to adapting to the ever changing needs of the clients. Still providing them with "Professional Service, Backed by 4 Generations of Integrity."

Mr. Hirsch graduated from Monmouth College in 1992, with a Bachelors of Science Degree with a concentration in Business Management.

William Gates

William Gates - Mr. Gates has over 30 years of executive management experience with a wide variety of technology-based companies, in areas of biomedical research, electrical insulation, advanced composite and Ballistic Materials, environmental services, and military/law enforcement surveillance systems. He served in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Submarine program, and later spent 17 years in various engineering and management positions in the Commercial Nuclear Utility Industry. Mr. Gates currently serves as CEO and sits on the Board of five manufacturing/services companies, and controls majority ownership in two emerging technology companies.
