Q2 ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEMS AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES

All of Q2’s services are available 24/7 in order to meet the needs of the agencies supplying security to critical areas whether they are industrial, law enforcement, military, or academic. Q2’s services are available on a per call basis and through maintenance contracts. The maintenance contracts are designed to assure greatest uptime and to maintain maximum system reliability while offering predictable costs.

Q2’s enterprise security systems are self monitoring and will alert designated personnel when a service incident is detected. Alerts may go to any number of staff via email, text messaging, video clips, voice and NOC console notifications. The human error of not recognizing component failure or servers/recorders dropping offline is removed. Security staff then may immediately request onsite or online service from Q2. System requests for service are self-monitored and escalate if restoral is delayed. Immediate notification ensures the maximum up-time for all systems, therefore continually maintaining the original systems design/build intent of maximum protection and surveillance capability.

Q2 Service capabilities:

  • Deploying trucks and technicians wherever needed, weather notwithstanding.
  • Repairing or replacing any hardware or cabling item installed.
  • Installing temporary wireless links while cabling systems are repaired, if necessary.
  • Repositioning surveillance/intrusion detection towers.
  • Adding capabilities to surveillance/intrusion detection towers in the field.
  • Online analysis of software issues.
  • Upgrading of software though centralized administration.
  • Transportation of command centers and bunkers.
  • Testing and Inspection Services

Q2 Training capabilities:

  • In house, online, and onsite training of operators and supervisors on the operation of all systems and components.
  • Re-training to include new operators, new components, and upgraded software when necessary.
